TPC Ready for Mont-Tremblant

5/17/2005

After a two week break Spencer Pumpelly, and the TPC racing team, get ready for another run at Le Circuit Mont-Tremblant. This newly remodeled track is in a beautiful location that should prove a real treat to the fans and the cool temperatures will allow for great runs on the track. Unlike Laguna, the field will not be quite as large which will make for easier maneuvering along the track’s 15 turns.

Last week the TPC crew discovered after their eighth place finish at Laguna Seca that not only did the late race contact lead to a bent front suspension but also a broken sway bar. Though the damage was manageable, Spencer pushed through to eighth under unfavorable conditions. Following this eager run at Laguna he is hungry for a podium and anticipates the challenges that the Mont-Tremblant track has to offer.

Check back throughout the weekend for updates from Mont-Tremblant.

Looking forward to a great race in Canada. Good luck this weekend!
