7/25/05 After a short break in the Grand-Am schedule both the Rolex and Grand Am Cup series return to action this weekend at Alabama's Barber Park. For Sunday's Rolex race Spencer and John Littlechild will be switching numbers and running TPC's #36 car in hopes of eliminating the bad luck that had plauged the two this season. Spencer, Mike Pickett, and Tim Gaffney will also join together in the RPM GS class Porsches for the Grand Am Cup race on Staurday. Last year Spencer took the pole at this track so hopes are high for a good result. Could this be RPM's first poduim? The competition doesn't stop there. Spencer has entered the Grand Am annual charity poker tournament on Saturday night. Being a weekly player should give Spencer "all in" Pumpelly an advantage over the feild. Could this be the first victory of the year? Let's hope it is the second. ~Linds 7/27/2005  What nickname is Linds talking about? Best of luck in races and in poker tournament.
